For larger commercial or agricultural sites, we carry out a brief on-site survey before quoting to ensure we price accurately and plan the work correctly.

The clean
Pure water. No chemicals. No shortcuts.
We conduct a visual inspection on arrival to check for any pre-existing damage. We use a pure water, brush-fed system that removes soiling without chemicals, pressure washing, or abrasive contact. The deionised water leaves no mineral deposits — just clean, streak-free glass.
Our operatives are fully trained and insured. We work safely at height and take care of your property throughout.

Post-clean report
You'll know exactly what was done
After every clean, we provide a written report documenting the work carried out, any observations, your before and after pictures and payment details. This will sent directly to the email you provide us with.
Reports are filed and available on request at any time.

Ongoing maintenance
Set it and forget it
Most installations benefit from cleaning at least twice a year. We offer scheduled maintenance contracts or periodic reminders so you never have to think about it.

The Method
Why pure water works
Tap water contains dissolved minerals that leave deposits on glass when it dries. Our water is purified to near-zero PPM (parts per million) — so when it evaporates, nothing is left behind. Combined with soft-bristle brushes and specialised cleaning solution, it's the safest and most effective method available.

Common questions
Do I need to be home?
For most residential cleans, no. As long as we have access to the panels and a water supply, you don't need to be present. We'll let you know when we're done.
How long does it take?
A typical domestic installation of 10–16 panels takes around 60–90 minutes. Larger systems take longer — we'll give you an accurate time estimate when we quote.
How often should I have my panels cleaned?
Most UK installations benefit from at least two cleans per year. Panels near agricultural land, busy roads or trees may need more frequent attention.
Will cleaning void my panel warranty?
No — provided cleaning is carried out correctly. Our pure water, soft-brush, PH neutral method is consistent with the manufacturer guidelines of major panel brands.
